Welcome to All Saddle Import Tack. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

General Information 

All Products sold on this website are for riders and horses within South Africa. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website. 

Products and Availability 

We Strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications and pricing. However, product availability is subject to change, especially for imported tack. 

  • Pre-orders: Some imported items may require pre-ordering. Delivery timelines for pre-orders are estimates and may be affected by shipping delays, customers clearance or manufacture availability
  • Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an estimated delivery date.

 

Pricing and Payment 

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR)
  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.
  • We do not offer Buy Now, Pay Later or installment payment options.

Shipping and Delivery 

  • We ship exclusively within South Africa 
  • International orders may be arranged upon request; all customers and import duties will be handles by us. 
  • While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to customs, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside our control. 

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged Goods

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is exactly in the same condition as when it left our warehouse, including all tags, packaging and accessories. 
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
  • The customer is responsible for returning the product in its original condition unless damaged in transit.

Warranty 

  • All Import tack sold by All Saddle Import Tack comes with a manufacturer's warranty. 
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. 

Warranty Periods by Product:

  • Saddles & Bridles: 12 moths from the date of purchase 
  • Riding Apparel (Jods, Jackets, Gloves): 6 moth from the date of purchase 
  • Accessories (Stirrups, Spur, Bits, Boots, Wraps): 3 moths form the date of purchase
  • Any warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Replacement or repair will be provided at our discretion, based on the manufacturer's guidelines. 

Intellectual Property 

  • All content on this website, including images, text, graphics, logos and product description, is the property of All Saddle Import Tack or its suppliers. 
  • You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission. 

Privacy 

  • We collect personal information for order processing, delivery and communication purposes. 
  • Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 
  • By placing an order, you consent to the use of your information as described in our privacy practices. 

Limitation of Liability

  • All Saddle Import Tack is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damges arising from the use of our products or services.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customers or other circumstances beyond our control. 

Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products will be subject to South African law and jurisdiction.
