Delivery
At All Saddle Import Tack, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Here's what you need yo know:
- Shipping Location: We deliver exclusively within South Africa.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days.
- Pre-orders: Some imported items are available for pre-orders. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase, but delays may occur due to shipping, customers or manufacturer availability.
- Backorders: If an item in on backorder, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout and based on the size and weight of your order.
- International Orders: These may be arranged upon request. All Customers and import duties will be handled by us.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully:
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in the exact same condition as when it left our warehouse, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that show signs of wear, misuse or have been altered in any way cannot be returned.
- Return Process:
- Contact us via email or our website with your order number and reason for return.
- Await approval and instructions from our team.
- Ship the product back securely in its original packaging.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
