Delivery

At All Saddle Import Tack, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Here's what you need yo know:

  • Shipping Location: We deliver exclusively within South Africa. 
  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. 
  • Pre-orders: Some imported items are available for pre-orders. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase, but delays may occur due to shipping, customers or manufacturer availability. 
  • Backorders: If an item in on backorder, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate. 
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout and based on the size and weight of your order. 
  • International Orders: These may be arranged upon request. All Customers and import duties will be handled by us. 

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read the following carefully: 

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in the exact same condition as when it left our warehouse, including all tags, packaging and accessories. 
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at our discretion. 
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that show signs of wear, misuse or have been altered in any way cannot be returned. 
  • Return Process: 
  1. Contact us via email or our website with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. Await approval and instructions from our team. 
  3. Ship the product back securely in its original packaging. 
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
